Microwave over laser

Magnetrons are simpler and have been proven to transmit more energy more efficiently. Several studies have shown that with proper diffusion, there are no long term health or environmental effects from such a system. In fact, we already live in a world propagated by high intensity, man made electromagnetic transmitted energy; from TV to radio to cell phone towers, even microwave ovens, it's already there.

LEO Microwave Power Generation for SSTO

Need to create about a 2,000 kW producing magnetron, BDB it to LEO (for smaller rectenna size on Earth/spacecraft) along with solar panels and enough magnetron systems to create a "spaceway" for electric crafts to ascent to LEO. Input? Engineers? Experts? I'd like your input on this idea! Sorry for the stilted writing, I just wanted to get this down...
